Back in 1988… that’s correct way back in the day. I had formed a band with fellow church members called the GT band (God's Tools). This song is based on Isaiah 1:18 “come now and let us reason together”. The altar is a holy place where you go to meet God, a place to pray, a place to surrender our will unto God the Father of us all.. I wrote this on a Roland D 20 keyboard with my good friend Paul playing his Gibson Les Paul on lead guitar. Now, many years later, a song I wrote in my teens, is my top track. God is always on time! I hope it blesses you!
